Here is a list of our most frequently asked questions. We hope you find what you are looking for but if not then we’d be happy to answer any of your questions in a contact form.
Q. I’ve paid for a product, how do I download it?
A. After the payment screen you will see a button with the products name on it, click this to begin the download. You will also receive a confirmation email (check your junk folder if not!), this also contains a download button. You can download a product twice only.
Q. What happens when I pruchase a product while on my phone?
A. You will recieve a confirmation email with a download link. Don’t worry, the download will not expire!
Q. What level of producer do I need to be?
A. Our sounds are aimed at all audiences of all levels! Our presets are carefully crafted for maximum user ease. With that being said, some synthesisers are more complex than others. If you’re starting out then we’d suggest using Sylenth1.
Q. I haven’t received an email?
A. We use trusted servers to ensure our emails & receipts go to the correct mail folders. You may still need to check your junk folder or log into your SampleChilli account and confirm you have provided the correct email address.
Q. Can I claim a refund?
A. This saddens us! If you wish to claim a refund then we do offer a 30 day money back guarantee (from the day of purchase, not download). As long as your claim is legitimate, we will process a refund. Furthermore, we’d love to hear how we can improve our products and services so please leave a review or send us some feedback via a contact form or to info@samplechilli.com!
Q. I can’t log into my account?
A. Always make sure you can remember any usernames or passwords you input and be advised that your computer may generate a strong password for you. If you are certain your credentials are correct and still cannot log in then please email us at info@samplechilli.com.
Q. I have downloaded a product, how do I install it?
A. Each pack contains a PDF with instructions on how to get started. Please ensure you always use legal software that you can update regularly.
Q. When will my download expire?
A. Never! We will keep your product for as long as we need to but please be advised that we cannot process refunds after 30 days from the original purchase. In extremely rare circumstances a product may be removed from the store before you can download it. If this is the case then you only need to email us at info@samplechilli.com and we shall sort you out with that download!
Q. I have created my own sound bank, can SampleChilli market & sell it for me?
A. Excellent question. We’re always on the lookout for new talent. If you can honestly say you’ve crafted the presets yourself and to a respectable level, then we’d love to hear from you. Please contact joinus@samplechilli.com and provide at least 15 examples of your presets and tell us about yourself. None of your work will be shared without your permission.
